At Sweetwater Pediatrics, we know that when we treat a child, we treat a family as well. We believe that in every visit, phone call or procedure we partner with our families in the care of each child. Parent and patient education are always a priority in our dedication to promoting the health and wellbeing of children and their families. Our staff will provide your family with education and community resources that are relevant to your child’s well-being. Whether your visit to our office is due to an illness or to monitor growth and development, Sweetwater Pediatrics is ready to guide parents through the journey of raising children. Our team’s goal is to treat your child well, make your child well and help your child stay well during their lifetime. We accomplish this by teaching children at a young age the importance of healthy habits. Doctor Yeshlur is a board-certified pediatrician with over 25 years of experience. Sweetwater Pediatrics has been serving the children of Rock Springs Wyoming since 2003.
We are a pro-vaccine practice; therefore, we will not alter the recommended CDC schedule unless your child as a clinical concern. We follow evidence-based guidelines from the American Academy of Pediatrics. These guidelines include your child having age-appropriate preventive exams, vaccines, and services such as depression assessments, hearing, and vision screenings. If you have concerns or questions on any of these services, please ask. Our practice will provide comprehensive care for your child. This includes preventive well-visits, vaccines, sick visits, chronic disease management for asthma obesity and other common pediatric conditions. For complex behavioral health concerns such as ADHD and depression, we will coordinate a referral to a behavioral health specialist or a neurologist, if necessary.
For your convenience, we’ve included a patient registration form, HIPAA privacy form for you to complete before your child’s appointment, along with information about our office procedures. You can get these forms on our website or at our front desk. We look forward to greeting your family and working together to achieve your child’s optimal health. If you have any questions now – or after you’ve become a part of our practice, please do not hesitate to call me. We are here to support your child’s care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our office hours are as follows.
Monday - Thursday: 8am - 5pm
Friday: 8am - 2pm
Saturday Clinics are based on seasonal need

To schedule an appointment, call the office at 307-362-5500. Same-day appointments are available for urgent and routine needs. If you have a question for your physician and it is during office hours, please call 307-362-5500. and ask to leave a message. We will return your call within 4-hours. If it is after hours and you have a medical issue that cannot wait, please call the office number to be connected to our after-hours answering service. The service will page Dr. Yeshlur. You will get a return call within 1-hour. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or proceed directly to the emergency room. If you take your child to the Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County emergency room, please let them know we are your pediatrician. Records will be sent to us after your child’s discharge. After your child’s discharge, please call our office to arrange a post hospital follow-up.
To transfer your records today, please contact our office at 307-362-5500. We will assist with obtaining all the appropriate medical information from your previous healthcare provider with your direction and approval.
